Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we ship exclusively via FedEx/UPS with a signature required to ensure your order reaches you securely. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes as FedEx/UPS will not deliver to those addresses.
Order placed before 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped same day. We dispatch all items in plain, sturdy custom-made boxes. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside, so the only person that will be getting excited is you!
There are no markings on the back or side of your package. The items are shipped from United Shipping Alliance. The only information visible is your name, shipping address and the shipping courier that you selected.
Free Shipping in the US:
Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous United States. This offer excludes shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
Free Shipping to Canada:
Orders over $180 qualify for free shipping within Canada, while a flat rate shipping fee of $26.99 applies to orders below this amount. Additionally, all shipments to Canada will incur a duty fee of 5-15%, which is added at checkout to prevent customs delays.
